I have purchased dell latitude laptop on 21 Dec from B.M. Computers, Ara tag no. 2hkd402 which came along with a accidental warranty for a year which will be provided by dell India to me.

Unfortunately I met an accident on a rainy day of 21 January when my bike slipped on road due to slippery surface as the road was wet and my laptop fall down from my back and got broken.

I filed a complain with all the details mentioned to the dell costumer care and they keep me on trail and continuously
keep saying that we will either replace or repair the product and then they suddenly refused to help me and said to provide an FIR COPY.

To that I said i can’t as it was an accident due to the wet road not any vehicle. it is almost a thee month and there is not any good response from the representatives please help me sir.
